Our mission is to provide safe, clean drinking water to the citizens of Pollock.  We use the latest in water technology to ensure that our drinking water is of the highest quality, and that the supply is plentiful.  Our utilization of the newest technologies makes our water system more energy efficient, and more productive, enabling us to offer the second lowest water rates in the state.  Our operators are highly certified and work tirelessly to monitor and maintain our water supply.

 Water & Sewer Bills

  • Pay your bill online here.
  • Water and Sewer bills are issued by the end of each month.
  • Water and Sewer bills are due on the 10th of each month.
  • After the 10th, a 10% late fee of the unpaid balance is assessed.
  • Disconnect is on the 20th of each month at 8:00 am.
  • Disconnect fee for non-payment of bills is $50.
  • Reconnect fee after disconnection for non-payment is $50.
  • Acceptable forms of payment: check, money order, credit or debit card. NO CASH ACCEPTED.

  • Drop Box located at the Pollock Municipal Building
